You
really need to have an attorney, not just at the closing,
but for the whole home buying process. Do you really
know what all of those papers are that you are signing?
These problems can be prevented. You may come to
find out that the contract you signed last month may
not mean what you think it does.The cost of the attorney
can be substantially less than the money you may lose
without one. Both the Buyer and the Seller should have
their own attorneys right from the beginning.
